A three-room apartment on the first floor. An external communal stone-built staircase leads to the apartment, from the garden area. The apartment consists in a large living room with lounge area and sofa-bed, satellite TV, dining area with kitchenette and dishwasher, and bathroom with toilet and sink. The rest of the apartment comprises a dbl bedroom, a single bedroom, and bathroom with shower. This apartment does not have air conditioning. The private garden has a table, chairs, and rack for drying clothes.
