The pool area at the back of the property features a meticulously maintained English lawn and a patio equipped with a stone table and sofas adorned with comfortable cushions. The 10 x 4-meter pool has easy access with steps and is surrounded by the typical "chianche" flooring, furnished with ergonomic loungers.

The property has 3 entrances through French doors into the spacious living-kitchen area, furnished in perfect Puglian style with a stone fireplace, and a masonry kitchen equipped with all comforts.
