ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Casale Nocciolo is a private villa with swimming pool in Umbria, located in Bevagna, one of the many renowned villages that characterize the region. Widely recognized by the association of the “Most beautiful villages in Italy“, Bevagna represents an unmissable destination to be captured by the medieval charm of its numerous churches. The village is surrounded by expanses of cultivated fields, vineyards and olive trees that offer a fascinating natural panorama. At a short distance from the villa there are other pretty towns such as Rasiglia, Spello, Montefalco, Trevi and Foligno, perfect for pleasant daily trips. The villa is located in a hilly position with a vast view over the surrounding hills and offers its guests a large swimming pool with solarium area, a gazebo equipped with tables, chairs and sunbeds and a portable barbecue. The property is entirely fenced.

The villa is set on two floors. The ground floor is composed of a kitchen with direct access to the outside, a service bathroom, a large living area with dining table, sofas and TV area which leads to an external gazebo equipped with tables, chairs and sunbeds to enjoy maximum relaxation with a panoramic view. On the first floor, accessible both via an internal and external staircase, there are four double bedrooms, two of which with en suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with French bed and two bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning is available in the two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A maximum of 2 pets are welcome.
