The apartment comprises entrance hall, living area equipped with armchairs, 40" TV and sofa bed for two, eat-in kitchen with characteristic stone hood and overlooking a small internal courtyard, double bedroom overlooking the quiet via della Rosa, bathroom with shower and the apartment is equipped with WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, independent heating, fridge, coffee machine, fans for the summer. For longer stays we can arrange cleaning and linen change at guests' expense.
