Welcome to our cosy and bright studio located on the fifth and top floor of a building with a lift. As soon as you walk through the doors, you will be greeted by a spacious entrance hall leading to the bright main room. Here you will find a comfortable double bed where you can rest and enjoy the view of the city through the window, which also opens onto a small balcony perfect for breathing in the fresh air and admiring the cityscape.

To start your day in the best possible way, we offer you a Nespresso machine to prepare tasty espresso, a kettle for tea and hot drinks.

Please note that there is no kitchenette or food warming facilities, but we will be happy to recommend great places to enjoy the city's delicacies.

The private bathroom is equipped with a large shower.

You will also find a washing machine at your disposal for your laundry needs.

To ensure a comfortable and smooth stay, we offer free Wi-Fi and smart lock access, which will allow you to easily and securely access the flat during your stay.
