The Villa
- Villa Acquamarina is an embrace of green and stone, an authentic retreat that preserves Mediterranean simplicity with warmth and elegance.
A large covered veranda welcomes you at the entrance, with a dining area, outdoor shower, cozy lounge, built-in BBQ corner, and glimpses of the surrounding garden.
The living area, bright and spacious, opens onto the outdoors through large windows and terraces that bring nature inside and above. The living room, dominated by warm wood, connects harmoniously with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and an indoor dining space — designed for intimate moments that feel like home, in complete comfort.

The sleeping area includes three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with direct access to the terraces and surrounding park. The interiors are warm and refined, alive with subtle plays of light and shadow, and a deep, calming quiet.
One of the bedrooms, located on the lower level, serves as a studio-dependance, wide and welcoming, with its own sitting area and private bathroom.

Outdoors and the Pool
- Outside, Villa Acquamarina’s gardens merge into its private 2,000 m² park, enveloping the home like a natural reserve. Stone paths wind between olive trees and mastic shrubs, relaxation nooks hide beneath the shade, and sunlit clearings host every comfort for enjoying life outdoors — including the impressive private pool.
