Summary:

Villa Castelli is located 10 minutes from the beach of Mondello

Its large garden allows you to enjoy all the space you need to comfortably spend fantastic days in the company of your holiday group, you will also have a barbecue at your disposal.

The house has 2 floors:

On the upper floor there is a small bathroom with shower, a kitchen and the living room with a sofa bed for 1 and a half; on the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub - Bath linen included.



The Space:

This large villa is independent and is located in a very quiet area of Mondello.

10 minutes walk to Mondello's main square and Mondello Beach



Excellent Wi-Fi connection



In the house you will find a bright and fresh environment thanks to the large windows and the air-conditioning system that spreads throughout the accommodation and can be easily adjusted by remote control.



The upper floor consists of a small bathroom with shower, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking for up to 10 people

Downstairs we find 1 bathroom with bath/shower and 3 BEDROOMS:

1 Room with 2 bunk beds



In the kitchen we find everything we need for cooking, so :



- Fridge and convenient freezer

- 4 burner cooker with classic flame

- Ventilated oven

- complete set of cutlery and cooking accessories, pans, pots, colander, grill and cutting boards with knives

then mugs, wine glasses and shot/coffee glasses, and of course the coffee pod machine *10 free coffee pods* for guests.





The rather spacious kitchen is connected to the outdoor patio with dining table.



In the house there is an iron and clothesline both inside and outside and a WASHING MACHINE



You should know that I am delighted to host tourism in my City so you are free to ask me for any information you may need such as the best restaurants in the vicinity, excursions by sailing boat otherwise by sup or canoe rather than climbing in the mountains or sightseeing tours in the historic centre of the city to immerse yourself in art, culture and typical Sicilian Street Food



I can also update you on the best events taking place in the city during your stay.



You can park for free in the street the area is very quiet



Guest Access:

You will NOT share the house with other people



The Neighborhood:

the neighbourhood is very quiet and surrounded by beautiful family villas.



Other Things to Note:

On your arrival at the house you will find:

- 1 Bottle of still water

- Coffee pods and tea bags of different types

- Oil, Salt, Sugar and Pepper



- A trio of bath towels for each guest face, underwear and shower towel

- Bath set, Bath foam shampoo body cream and Vanity set



- 2 rolls of toilet paper

- 2 Hair dryers



- FireTv with Amazon Prime

- Products for cleaning the flat and washing clothes in the washing machine



Bus station is an 8-minute walk away



The bus that connects with the City in only 30 minutes is the Amat bus number 806

The bus that connects with the Addaura other beautiful sea area the bus to take is the number 603 connection in 15 minutes.



- Remember to turn off the air conditioning when you are not at home

- Remember not to set fire to the house

- You cannot invite David Guetta and organise a party because the neighbours would not like the party

- NO SMOKING in the house but you can comfortably smoke in the garden
