The house is on the ground floor and includes a small covered area, enclosed by a gate that opens onto a main road. One bedroom with a double bed, an elegant space that maintains the identity of the place, with satellite TV and a safe. The bathroom area has been furnished to resemble a second living room, where guests will find a hot tub for two, to make their stay unique, a shower and bathroom essentials. Open-plan area with equipped kitchenette, equipped with microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, washing machine, fridge, where there is a sofa bed (extra solution), air conditioning, terrestrial TV, central heating and hot water in use during the winter. The accommodation is located on a tourist street, a short walk from the Villa Comunale and other notable sites within walking distance, in an area full of bars, shops and restaurants.
There may be some noise, but this is due to the central location of the flat.
