All three apartments have a large outdoor parking inside the structure.

The apartment communicates with the lower apartment, La Magnolia, through an internal staircase.

The house has thick walls that insulate it thermally, and rarely becomes very hot however in the living room there is an air conditioning system that cools and / or heats the whole house.
In case of need, however, each bedroom has been equipped with a ceiling fan.
