Casa Yucca is an indipendent apartment of 60 smq recently renovated.
It’s in Lecce, in a strategic location in a residential area, out of ZTL. It has a free private parking.
The distance to center of the city is a 10 minutes.
Near house there are all the necessity services: bars, tobacconists, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, post office, bank, bus stop 2 minutes and train station 16 minutes.

The apartment has an automated independent entrance and is spread over two floors.
