The apartment (85mq) is in the heart of the Trastevere, near the colorful Santa Maria, close to typical restaurants. The apartment is elegant with a high quality parquet, a large living room with a sofa bed which can comfortably accommodate 2 people, a large bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a spacious shower stall. Air Cond, LCD TV/SAT, Wifi, washer mach, microwave, Dvds /books, boiler, nespresso. Ideal for weekends for couples, for families with kids or groups of friends.
It has been completely renewed and redecorated with design furniture. There is refined parquet all over the house (except bathroom). The apartment is hot during winter and fresh during summer time. Although it is located in the heart of Trastevere, the street Via dei Fienaroli is quiet. A smal bed openable for kids 1/3 years is present.
In its immediate surroundings are: Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, Campo de' Fiori, with its historical Fruit and Vegetable Market, Circo Massimo, Piazza Trilussa and the Pantheon. The Vatican can be easily reached walking or bicycling. All museums and main roman monuments can be reached by feet. The area is moreover served by numerous sightseeing tour, and many buses that allow reaching Rome's train stations. You can reach the apartment from Termini Station with bus n.64 or 40 and then Tram n.8.
If you are arriving at Fiumicino Airport you can get the train to Trastevere Station and then tram n.8. For the guests travelling by airplane they I can find the comfortable Transfer Service from the Airport.
I can reserve a a car with driver from and to Airport.
It is possible to reserve bikes, e-bikes, scooters and tours with bikes.
The apartment is fully furnished and ready for a comfortable stay, please take care of it!
I kindly ask you to switch the air conditioning off when leaving the apartment and to do the same with heating in winter months.
