The apartment was renovated at the beginning of 2022, it is only 40 meters from the sea in the port area and 3 minutes walk from the best beaches. The construction of this building dates back to the end of the 16th century, when it was born as a residence for fishermen and coral workers from Sammargherite. . At the end of the 19th century it was the residence of a Cardinal (as demonstrated by the symbol that still appears on the door jamb). The furniture is original from the old Navy in real marine mahogany and with parts derived from the demolition of old cruise ships. This apartment is right for you because, favored by an independent and exclusive entrance, it has only one flight of stairs and a door where you can leave your luggage before going up and possibly after check-out if you want to go around the village. In the apartment there are also bottles of sanitizing gel or liquid. The possible possibility, for a fee, of having a parking space in the garage below (medium-sized cars) can be evaluated in a manner to be agreed. There are free car parks in rotation at 40 meters and paid covered car parks in the immediate vicinity (240 meters).
