The house is adjacent to the church of San Pietro al Carmine whose origins date back to the 14th century. The house is accessed through a large vaulted entrance, there is a fountain which, with its water, a symbol of life, frames the environment in which it is located together with the greenery of the plants. The house has been totally renovated respecting the canons by obeying its ancient lines, it is bright, comfortable, functional. The furnishings are totally new and in keeping with the site. Next to dame' there is another structure, Il Giardino di Lucia, which can accommodate another four people.
