Appartamento Helios consists of an entrance hallway, living room with double pull-out sofa bed , kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and the other a bathroom.
Air conditioning is present in the corridor of the sleeping area.

The apartment is located in a residential area in Baia Verde, a resort of Gallipoli close to beautiful sandy beaches and dunes covered with Mediterranean scrub, with crystal clear sea and accessible seabed.
 
Gallipoli center is a handful of kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning just in the hallway of the sleeping area.
- One bathroom is a simple service toilet.
