Modern apartment in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beach.



The apartment, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, has been recently renovated with fresh and modern furnishings. At the entrance, a short corridor with a convenient closet leads to the open plan living area, which is furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and an espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one featuring a queen-size bed, the other one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower and a storage room complete the layout.



At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.



Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.

*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a 5-minute walk away from the apartment while Genoa airport is 45 minutes by car.
