The apartment is located on the first floor of a building, surrounded by nature and overlooking the Bay of Mola. Just 100 meters away is the Dog Beach, a beach with mixed sand and gravel dedicated to our four-legged friends. The renowned beaches of Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, and Barabarca are just a few minutes\' drive away, as are the lively centers of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri.



It is situated in front of the Baia di Mola landing, a natural harbor sheltered from most winds, where there is an active buoy field from May to October, offering mooring for boats from 4 to 16 meters.



The studio apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, and a sea-view terrace equipped with umbrella, table, chairs, and sun loungers. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, and parking space in the structure\'s parking lot.
