This ancient 19th-century property has been renovated preserving the historic charm of the foundations, combining elements of to a refined style. This charming property can be reached along a paved path that leads directly to a large and well-kept lawn overlooked by a large veranda. Here there is a large table to comfortably dine outdoors and enjoy the surrounding nature. On the left there is a large paved space which houses a fantastic and clear heated in-ground private swimming pool surrounded by a relaxing solarium area.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Internally the property is structured on two floors and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. At the entrance there is a delightful and spacious kitchen complete with everything with an elegantly rustic flavor in which simplicity reigns supreme. Here we find a long table with an intense color and a fireplace that helps to spread a familiar and homely atmosphere. Further on there is a comfortable living room with warm colors that spread an enveloping sensation where there is a double sofa bed. On the same floor there is also a comfortable double bedroom with a delicate-looking en suite bathroom that directly overlooks the fantastic garden.

Finally, the upper floor is entirely occupied by the sleeping area. Here, in fact, there are three very large double bedrooms with very elegant and comfortable simplicity thanks to the enveloping colors of the wood and the laminar ceiling and the refinement and shrewdness of the furnishings.
