Charming apartment recently renovated in one of the main streets of the center of Santa Margherita Ligure.



The apartment, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, is characterized by modern furnishings in light colors, which together with high windows make the rooms fresh and bright. The entrance opens onto a large living room, furnished with a double sofa bed and a TV, which is directly connected to the kitchen with a dining table, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, a dishwasher and a kettle. This room has access to a private terrace with table and chairs that overlooks the inner courtyard. The sleeping area, that overlooks the inner courtyard as well, consists of two bedrooms, one featuring a queen-size bed, the other one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.



At guests' disposal amenities such as washing machine, iron and heating.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is only a 5-minute walk from the accommodation, while Genoa airport is a 40-minute drive away.
