SUPERIOR ROOM The double room is located on the second floor of a recently built building on the new seafront of Olbia, a short walk from the centre. Everything, from the furnishings to the systems, is treated in detail, in order to make a minimalist room the best of luxury holiday experiences. The room has a small terrace overlooking the seafront with a view of the island of Tavolara and the Gulf of Olbia and is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower with fine finishes. The structure is embellished by a panoramic penthouse sky bar on the top floor, where you can enjoy an aperitif with the fantastic view of the Gulf of Olbia. The structure is a guest house. We change the linen after 3 nights. Check in takes place in the structure, we do not have a 24 hour manned reception.
