Space:
It is a completely NON-SMOKING property.
• 2 beds in a king-size bed are in the beautiful upper stage (160x200 bed with a 20 cm mattress), and 2 in the sofa bed on the lower floor (140x200 bed with a 14 cm orthopedic water foam mattress).
• The bathroom has a delightful spacious Jacuzzi for two people (130x130) with an integrated showerhead, wall-mounted USB outlets, hairdryer, towel warmer radiator. LED illuminated mirror, ample storage space, and windows.
• Soft, generously sized towels and various amenities are provided for guests.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, combined microwave with grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filtering hood, toaster, kettle, and, of course, a complete set of pots, pans, plates, and cutlery. The kitchen is a separate, windowed area with a snack counter and bar stools for comfortable dining for two.
• Complimentary coffee with assorted Nespresso capsules, tea, herbal teas, and water are provided.
• The living area, very cozy and located under the stage, features a spectacular 55" 4K smart TV with HOME THEATER system that allows you to watch NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO, and DISNEY+ for free, Chromecast, 1 Gbps Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, a three-seater sofa bed (140x190 bed), an extendable table for four people, wardrobes, and storage spaces for guests, two large windows that make the environment bright.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire property, with the exception of some lockers accessible only by staff (e.g., containing cleaning supplies or spare linens).

Please note that the entire property is NO SMOKING - SMOKING IS PROHIBITED.
Smoking inside the house, even with the windows open or leaning out of the window, is strictly forbidden.
Penalties will be imposed for violations of the NO SMOKING policy.

PARKING:
Free, unguarded street parking is available. The street is usually quiet, but if necessary, there are several 24/7 paid parking lots.
