The recently renovated apartment with Air Conditioned is located on the first floor of an elegant building and overlooks the internal courtyard. It is only 6 minutes' walk from the central station and therefore very easy to reach. The 55 square meter space is divided into a bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and large living room with an open kitchen. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed (with an internal mattress of 140x190cm) which, if necessary, can accommodate a further two guests.
The apartment, very bright and comfortable, has large spaces and attention to detail. The entrance opens into the living room with an open kitchen. This room is furnished with a dining table with four chairs, a TV wall, and a sofa bed.
