The villa in which the flat S'arenada is located is immersed in a large estate of about 7000sqm among vineyards, olive groves, citrus trees and several pomegranate trees (from which the property takes its name). It is about 600m from Museddu beach and about 2km from Cardedu.

Flat B is a bi-level flat consisting of a living room-kitchen facing a large veranda, double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, double bedroom on the first floor.

A large private garden completes the property.

There is also the possibility of renting the other two flats located on the first floor and on the ground floor for large guests.
