Antica Dimora is located in Puglia a few km from Gallipoli in the countryside residential area has undergone a major renovation, the goal was not to upset the simplicity and the typical essence of country houses and preserve all the charm of living in the past, rooms with barrel and star vaults large outdoor spaces, pergolas and ancient colonnades.

The space
This Antica Dimora of the late nineteenth century, has undergone a major renovation, the goal was not to upset the simplicity and the typical essence of country houses and preserve all the charm of living in the past.

The structure can accommodate either a group of friends up to 8/9 beds, or more families enjoying the possibility of having exclusive spaces and services (bathroom, kitchenette and fridge in the room) thanks to the independent entrances, while living in the same structure.
The internal space is divided into three areas:

n. 1 - THREE-ROOM APARTMENT (Kitchen / Dining room / Double Botte),
n. 2 - Double VOLTA PIANA
n. 3 - Studio STELLA.

The Double PIANA with independent entrance from the south as well as communicating with the THREE-ROOM APARTMENT has a double bed and single bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with emotional shower, kitchenette complete with dishes, fridge and air conditioning. The covered outdoor space is furnished with a table, chairs and a large pergola.

The Double BOTTE has a double bed and a fold-out cot, air conditioning and TV in the room.

Studio STELLA independent adjacent space, with star vault.
The Studio Stella has a double bed and single bed, en-suite bathroom, induction hob, sink, fridge, dishes, TV and air conditioning. Covered outdoor pergola with table and chairs.

The master kitchen with entrance also from the porch is furnished with a table and chairs, vintage fridge, kitchen with 4 burners, electric oven, dishes and sink, communicates with the living room furnished with a table for dining.

The very large external porch is furnished with a table that can be opened up to 3.60 m. to allow all guests to have lunch together. Outdoor brick kitchen with 4-burner hob and sink.

In the adjacent garden there is a barbeque equipped for grilling.

Above-ground swimming pool with solarium area and adjacent shower.

The centuries-old WALNUT tree adjacent to the porch represents the most beautiful aspect of the Residence, during the day it is a unique shelter from the scorching summer sun, in the evening the Residence illuminated by soft and delicate lights, becomes a magical place of relaxation.
