Villa Chiara is a completely renovated building, consisting of two apartments that share a garden and swimming pool, located in Cavaion Veronese, in a prestigious residential area. Quiet and private, the area is in a strategic position and very well connected, close to services, Verona and the lake.
The apartment consists of a large living room furnished with a sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with two bunk beds.
Two bathrooms with shower complete the house.
Outside, a dining area equipped with a beach umbrella, a convenient private parking, a large, well-kept and completely fenced garden and the splendid swimming pool, open from April to October and shared with the owners, complete the property.
The apartment, which has a surface area of approximately 100 square meters and the garden of almost 1,000 meters, represent the ideal base for a totally relaxing holiday with friends or relatives.
The apartment is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
Cot linen is available on request at a cost of 10 Euros.
No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided and must be purchased by guests (soap, shampoo, etc.).

Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
