The Gaia apartment is located in Marina di Campo, in a quiet area 1.2 km from the sea and the town centre, within a complex of houses with a tennis court and outdoor area equipped with games for children.
The apartment has been recently renovated and is accessed via 10 steps. The house consists of a living room with air conditioning, a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower cubicle and window. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets. Outside, guests have a space equipped with a gazebo, table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.
A private parking space. The apartment accepts medium-sized pets, which by condominium regulation must remain inside the property. In common areas they must be kept on a leash or in any case strictly controlled by the owner.
The price you pay does not include bed linen or towels, if you wish we can rent them for you at a cost of €46.00 for a double pack and €23.00 for a single pack
