🏠 The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub 🛁.
All windows offer a splendid sea view 🌊.
There is no private parking, but this won’t be a problem — everything is within walking distance for a stress-free and beautiful stay in Camogli 💙.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay.
For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel — we are available every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely and without restrictions.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance — service is subject to availability.

• Bed linens and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.”
If you plan to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking access times.
Paid parking 🅿️ is available in town, where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and highchair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the reservation price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please follow the recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash
• If not, a €30 fee will apply

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
