The apartment has double access: a private one directly from Via Roma and one shared with the second floor apartment which also gives access to the terrace.

The living room has a comfortable sofa and TV. The relevant terrace is located on the second floor and has a table, chairs, and sofas for relaxing outdoors.

Important note about parking: This apartment is located in the traffic restricted area of the village, no private parking is available. Parking on the street in Polignano a Mare can be difficult, but if you are willing to walk a bit, there are some parking areas at 500/600m from the center.
