They are two very comfortable apartments overlooking the typical Via Roma, are equipped with all comforts and have two furnished terraces. One of which is with a sea view – perfect for families or groups of friends who want to share the holiday without sacrificing privacy.



The layout includes the two apartments that can accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The first-floor apartment has 3 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen stocked with appliances, a microwave, and an induction stovetop. There is a small living room with a comfortable sofa and TV. The relevant terrace is located on the second floor and comes with a table, chairs, and sofas for relaxing outdoors.

The second-floor apartment has a kitchen equipped with a microwave oven and induction stovetop, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. There is a terrace on the same level, and another large terrace with a sea view, table and chairs, and sofa on the upper level. It’s perfect for enjoying the beautiful summer evenings in the terrace’s relaxation area.

The terraces are divided by a low wall with a gate that can be opened in case you want to share the outdoor spaces.

Important note about parking: This apartment is located in the traffic restricted area of the village, no private parking is available. Parking on the street in Polignano a Mare can be difficult, but if you are willing to walk a bit, there are some parking areas at 500/600m from the center.
