Residence composed of 16 independent apartments, located in a residential and panoramic area 100 meters from the center of Capoliveri, which offers all the main services such as bars restaurants stores and grocery stores.

Located in a strategic position to reach by car most of the beaches of Capoliveri. In fact in a couple of km there are the beaches of Madonna delle Grazie, Morcone, Pareti, L'innamorata, Zuccale and Barabarca.
The house has a sunny terrace with beautiful sea view, equipped with the necessities to be able to eat outside.

The master bedroom houses a double bed and a three-door closet.

In the bathroom there is a shower, sink, a closet with mirror, toilet and bidet.

It is located in Viale Italia in a very convenient area to reach the town center and all its services (such as bars restaurants, grocery stores etc) but at the same time intimate and not noisy.

All the beaches of the promontory, are reachable by car in a few kilometers, or by using the shuttle service, which turns many of the most beautiful beaches of the island such as Zuccale, Barabarca, Morcone, innamorata, Lacona and many others.

The private parking space is only available for small and medium-sized cars.
