Cozy studio with large veranda and shared pool in the heart of Porto Rotondo, just a few minutes from the amazing beaches of the Costa Smeralda.



The apartment, a few steps from the shared swimming pool andlocated on the first floor accessible by stairs, opens onto a short corridor that leads to the living/sleeping area. Guests will first find the retractable kitchenette, equipped with a stove, a microwave and a refrigerator, then the sleeping area, featuring a queen-size bed, a cabinet with TV and a closet. Here a French window gives access to the large Air-conditioned veranda overlooking the garden, with folding windows and furnished with dining table, sofa and comfortable chairs. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



*The shared swimming pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

Located in the center of Porto Rotondo, 900 meters from the beach of Ira, the apartment is a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches and resorts of the Costa Smeralda, 32 km from Tavolara Island and 40 km from the Maddalena Archipelago.

Indeed, it is a holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the accommodations built around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that extends from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, although art and architecture have a fundamental importance as well for this town inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowered terraces overlook the charming alleys that lead to Piazzetta San Marco.
