APARTMENT RULES:
- LATE CHECKIN: AN ADDITIONAL COST WILL BE REQUESTED FROM 10.00 PM TO 12.00 AM OF € 30, plus € 10 every hour until 7.00.
- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) and the cleaning costs of € 140 will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 100 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.

*In the event of the Tenant’s inability to vacate the apartment by the day and time of Check out (10 AM), the Tenant, authorizes the Lessor to enter the house in his absence and to free the apartment from
all personal effects, objects or property of the Conductor. The Lessor also undertakes to safeguard (for at least 30 days ), in the best possible way, all the Lessee’s assets and return them to the same at his first request.
