A blooming and peaceful countryside surrounds the town, allowing a relaxing holiday in a Mediterranean landscape. For all those looking for the waves of the sea, the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and a beautiful rocky coastline are less than 20 km away from Floridia.

The living space of the house of about 100 square meters on one level is comfortably furnished for five people and has a charming living room with comfortable sofa, air conditioning, fireplace and satellite TV. Habitable kitchen with electric stove. Two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower / toilet and a laundry with washer and dryer are the other rooms which provide further comforts to the house. Wi-Fi available.
If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.

Electricity charged according to consumption: 0.45€/Kwh to be paid on site
