In Santa Maria di Leuca, a very short distance from the suggestive Lighthouse and its historic Sanctuary, a beautiful exclusive villa stands out consisting of two brand new independent apartments: one on the ground floor called "Leuca Alta" and the other slightly lowered, "Leuca Bassa" also this as the first brand new and equipped with all the comports.
The property is accessed from a private gate which opens onto a small avenue surrounded by greenery which leads to the two apartments.
The two accomodations are rented together for groups or large families. The large surrounding fenced garden is completely available.
The first accommodation, on the ground floor, includes a living area with satellite TV, sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher too, two complete bathrooms, two double bedrooms and a queen size bedroom. Externally porch with sea view in front of the living room.
The second solution is located in the basement and has a small entrance porch, living room with modern kitchen, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.
Both accommodations have air conditioning in the hallway area and have mosquito nets on all windows.
Guests have access to a beautiful garden surrounding the houses with several parking spaces on the property, a relaxing area at the back with covered barbecue, table tennis, several deck chairs and an additional full bathroom with hot water.
WI FI available: almost no reception for the basement accommodation.
The town center and the sea can be reached in two minutes by car at about 1800 meters away.
Sandy beaches about 10 minutes by car.
Tourist tax to be paid locally on the day of arrival.
Bed linen for hire and on request, weekly cost.
