INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Designed for both short and medium stays, this apartment with a sea-view terrace in Sardinia features practical and functional interiors. The living area includes a sofa bed and LED TV, opening directly onto the panoramic terrace and creating a smooth indoor–outdoor atmosphere. The American-style kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking utensils, tableware and a coffee maker. The bedroom is air-conditioned for maximum comfort on warm days. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Seasonal Wi-Fi available from 1 May to 31 October.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The terrace is the highlight of the property: equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing moments, it offers an open sea view and the perfect setting for breakfasts, reading breaksevening drinks at sunset. A private outdoor parking space is also available.

ABOUT THE AREA AND DISTANCES

The location is ideal for exploring the coastal area of Olbia. The nearby beaches of Lo Squalo and Pellicano are easily reachable and offer beach clubs, restaurants and kiosks perfect for a casual luncha drink by the sea. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is about 15 minutes away. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are all within easy reach.

Within a short drive you can also reach the beaches of Golfo Aranci — Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas and Cala Moresca — one of the most scenic coastal areas, known for its resident dolphin colony.

Payments and security deposit

A credit card pre-authorisation is required upon arrival the cardholder must be physically present. The amount is automatically released after check-out according to the issuing bank’s timing. In the event of damagesrule violations, a proportional amount may be withheld.

To be paid in cash upon arrival according to local regulations.

Booking details

Essential services — final cleaning and the initial linen set — are provided by specialised external companies corresponding costs are borne by the Guest.

Online check-in and contract

An online check-in is required via our dedicated portal, including the upload of ID documents and selfies for all staying guests. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR. A tourist rental agreement must be signed a courtesy English version will be provided prior to arrival.

Key collection

Keys must be collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste sorting

A door-to-door waste collection system is active. Guests are required to use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
