From the beautiful terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc and the snow-covered rooftops. Just a short walk from bars, shops, and minimarkets, it’s ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing, walking in Val Ferret, or unwinding at the Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths.

It features two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with a beautiful view of the mountains 🌄.
A large living room, a cozy dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms: one with a bathtub 🛁 and one with a shower 🚿.
A convenient parking space is available about 400 meters away (7 minutes on foot) 🚗.

Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without restrictions.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, linens included.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.
