It features a living room with dining area, a compact but functional kitchen, a single sofa bed, and a bunk bed with 2 single beds.
Guests have access to a private parking space 🚗 located about 500 meters from the property (7 minutes on foot).
Ideal for those seeking simplicity, comfort, and a strategic location!

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via self check-in, so you can arrive freely without restrictions.
🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.
