It consists of: living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and loft with relaxation area and TV, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies with lake view and small private garden. The flat has a beautiful view of the lake and you can enjoy the wonderful panorama from every window in the house. Internally arranged on two levels, on the ground floor is the private garage, from which you go up to the first floor. Here, a large and bright open-plan living room with kitchen, with a large sofa, TV area and dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. From the living area a French window leads onto the lake view balcony. The bathroom is complete with sanitary facilities. On the second floor the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with large wardrobe and access to the balcony with wonderful lake view. In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed, desk and a mezzanine with relaxation area and TV. The bathroom is complete with whirlpool tub and shower. From this floor you have access to the small private garden. The wonderful view of the lake can be admired from both the sleeping area and the living area.

Carate Urio is a picturesque village located on the western shore of Lake Como, in Lombardy, known for its charming lake landscape and quiet atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for those seeking an escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Carate Urio is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Lake Como area, with numerous hiking trails leading to extraordinary viewpoints. The village is well connected thanks to public transport, such as boats that navigate the lake and buses on the main road that connects the village to the main nearby towns. The most beautiful restaurants in the area are easily reachable by car.

There is a grocery shop and butcher\'s shop in Carate Urio, within walking distance of the flat, but no super market. The nearest supermarket is called Bennet and is located in the village of Tavernola, 7.5 km away from the flat.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have arrived at your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

The nearest bus stop is ‘Urio - Ponte’, which is about 200 metres away and can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.

The boat stop is 3.5 km away.

Easy access to the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
