We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

Recently renovated, bright design three-room apartment designed with attention to detail, with modern environments and exposed beams. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen, large sofa and dining table and a first double bedroom, a bathroom with shower cabin. Above the mezzanine is the second sleeping area, with a double bed, pampered by an insulated roof and a window facing the sky. Our suite has two balconies facing only, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 25 years old (for group of guys, family welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
