The apartment, located a 5-minute drive from the beach of Marinella, is characterized by a high ceiling with exposed beams. The living area includes a bright living room furnished with sofas, a coffee table, a TV and a dining table, and a fully-equipped independent kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of three rooms, all with a closet included, one featuring two single beds and two with a queen-size bed each. One of the two double bedrooms also boasts a desk and a large window with sea view. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.
