It consists of three rooms on one floor and a room on the first floor with a real gem: a suspended balcony with table and two chairs, from where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The more you go up, the wider the view becomes. Sea and mountain views are always guaranteed. You will feel surrounded by the flanks of the green hills of Skiathos, which dive into the blue of the sea. The elevated position means that even in the hottest periods, there is always a bit of a cool sea breeze. You will feel immersed in nature, because you will be surrounded by green meadows, fruit trees, woods and olive trees. In this villa there is a single long and narrow pool: ideal for swimming at any time of the day plus a small bathtub for children. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with dining room and living room, plus a bathroom. In the evening you can dine in the outdoor kitchen, complete with everything, barbecue included.
