The apartment, located a 5-minute drive from the beach of Marinella, is spread over two floors. The first floor houses the open plan living area, furnished with sofas, a coffee table, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs guests will find three other bedrooms, one featuring a queen-size bed and a closet, one with two single beds, an armchair and a closet, and the other one with a queen-size bed, a closet and a relaxation area with an armchair and a coffee table. This room also boasts a balcony with a beautiful sea view. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.
