Modern apartment, tastefully furnished, in the centre of Bologna.



The apartment, situated on the second floor of a building with lift, is characterised by cosy spaces. The entrance opens to an open space living area, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining area, where a flat-screen smart TV offers access to Netflix and Youtube, among other applications. This room also comes with a well-equipped kitchenette, fitted with a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine. The bedroom, decorated with a coloured wall in blue tones, is spacious and welcoming and comes with a queen size bed, a large wardrobe and a desk, perfect both for studying and working. FInally, the bathroom boasts new fixtures and a large shower with tempered glass and a washing machine.



*The city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town,

Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings.

It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.



2 minutes away from the apartment there is the bus stop Mille where there are buses which bring you to the central station in 6 minutes. Alternatively, it can also be reached with a 10-minutes walk. The airport can be reached with a 15-minutes drive.
