A delightful modern apartment of about 40 sqm, ideal for sipping a good glass of wine at sunset on the roof, with a panoramic view that enhances the authenticity of the area. Refinement and lush nature frame the entrance of a small villa, just a few steps from Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

This gem features a bathroom, a kitchenette, a living room with a small sofa bed, and a spacious and bright double bedroom overlooking the terrace, where you can enjoy your outdoor breakfasts. A swing and deck chairs will welcome you for moments of pure relaxation, with a panoramic view of Capri.

You can arrive with your own vehicle, as the property has a garage and several parking spaces. For added convenience, we recommend opting for a compact car, as the surrounding roads are generally narrow, and a smaller car makes travel easier. Alternatively, if you’re not very familiar with the area, there is the possibility to park larger cars for free just 300 meters from the property.

The property is equipped with clean bed linen and towels, and guests are responsible for daily tidying up. We are happy to arrange additional cleaning services during your stay, available for an extra charge.

Please note that in order to receive the keys at check-in, you will need to show your documents or send them via message in advance. Also, the tourist tax (from April 1st to October 31st, €3.00 per night up to the first 7 nights) must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The property is accessible only via a short flight of stairs.

Please be reminded that any arrival beyond the established check-in time will incur a €50 fee.

If you wish to add an extra bed for a third person, we can prepare the sofa bed at a cost of €20. Payment can be made in cash upon arrival.
