In the green heart of the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, located halfway between the city of Olbia and the emerald capital, lies Villa Osier: a noble example of Sardinian stazzo revisited in a modern key in a perfect marriage of traditional features and vibrant modernity. The property stands in a hilly area on a 300 sqm expanse of well-kept lawn surrounded by low, lush vegetation typical of the Mediterranean maquis.

Its elevated position affords a unique view which sweeps between verdant plateaus and the intense blue of the sea. This particular contrast is most appreciable when one plunges into the panoramic infinity pool that, thanks to a pleasant play on perspective, seems to flow directly into the sea of the Gulf of Cugnana. Moreover, the villa recalls in its architecture the raw material of Gallura, creating a harmonious contrast with nature between the rough bright colours of the stone that stand out like rough elements against the white of the wall below. This precise balance of elements allows one to appreciate the structure in its fusion with the surrounding landscape, restoring a great feeling of peace and tranquillity.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Villa Osier is a two-storey property, built and furnished entirely in Sardinian style: white irregular walls pierced by large light-coloured wooden beams and, as a unique note of colour, furnishing elements in light blue tones and typically maritime shapes are found distributed all over the house. At the entrance, a kitchen made entirely of wood and with a panoramic view gives way to a large open-plan living room directly overlooking the infinity pool. In fact, to separate the indoor environment from the outdoor one, there are large retractable glass windows give way to a bright and comfortable veranda from which it is possible to enjoy the typical aromas and colours of Gallura. The very structure of the veranda, also dominated by white and with a charming lamellar ceiling and wicker decorations, creates a fascinating effect of continuity with the rest of the villa.

On the ground floor there is, in addition to the open space, a beautiful double bedroom with a panoramic view of the pool and furnished with the same pleasant contrast and brightness that dominates the rest of the house. A convenient corridor then leads to rest of the sleeping area consists of two more bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and one with two single beds. The basement, on the other hand, consists of a large living room, a bathroom with shower and laundry area.

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.


NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is provided, the practice management costs of € 25.00 as well as the costs of the transfer will be retained
