The LARGE three bedroom apartment of brand new construction (June 2013) is characterized by a unique style, with modern and well kept interiors. The apartment is located in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa, about 300 meters from the beach and the centre. The apartment has a veranda equipped with table and chairs, where you can relax in complete serenity and enjoy your meals in the shade. It also has a spacious and bright living room kitchen, equipped with a 32'' LED TV and sofa with large windows. The kitchenette is complete with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, as well as two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. This accommodation is recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the chaos of the city, but very close to the center and the beaches of Marina di Ragusa. It is ideal for a beach holiday with family or friends to enjoy a relaxing stay, in a refined residential area and with the comforts of a super equipped apartment. In front of the entrance to the building there is a large public car park.

The total price doesn't include the city tax imposed bu the Municipality of Ragusa, 0,75 per night/person exclusice for people more aged than 12. Calculated for the first 7 days.

You must not make noise at night and in the afternoon hours from 14 to 17. Check in: between 16.00 and 20.00 Check out: by 10.00 Damage policy: during the stay, if the traveler or the people staying with him should damage the property, they will be responsible for it. Upon arrival, a cash deposit of 200 is required. It will be returned at check out except for any damages caused. Cancellation policy: as per booking conditions Final cleaning: included in the booking rate. Tourist tax: 0.75 per night/person calculated for the first 7 nights, only for over 12s. The apartment is 350 meters from the bus stop. A short distance away (about 400 meters) is the main square of Marina di Ragusa where you will find bars, restaurants, the bank, the pharmacy and the grocery stores.
