Villa

Villa Ariella is a welcoming cottage which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Villa Ariella you will enjoy a charming view of the sea. Villa Ariella is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Conca dei Marini, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 850 meters (930 yards), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 250 meters (820 feet) and the closest beach (Capo di Conca beach) at 450 meters (approximately 490 yards). You will reach Villa Ariella from the street level along a short route that cuts through a garden and includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ariella. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Patio 1
The first patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic lemon pergola. It is equipped with a wood bench and with a table, chairs and an external shower. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the garden and of the sea.
Patio 2
The second patio is 22 square meters (237 square feet) large. It is shaded. It is equipped with two wood benches and with a table. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the sea and of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and two deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a three-burner gas cooker and one electric burner, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first and the second patio through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first patio through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
