Villa

Villa Pulcra is an elegant three-story villa situated a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps eight people. It is approximately 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (655 yards) from the borough of Sant'Agnello di Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the EAV bus Vico - Piano - Sorrento line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Villa Pulcra from the parking area going up approximately 12 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Pulcra. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, two deck chairs and sun loungers. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will have a broad view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. The garden is equipped with a sofa, as well as with a table, chairs and an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool.
Middle Level (Entrance Level)Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with Portugal pink marble. The furnishings are elegant. The furnishings include two sofas. There is an elegant fireplace decorated in marble. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden.
Top LevelTerrace
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool and of the garden and of the other buildings.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor through an access area.
Bottom LevelLiving Room 2
The second living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. In the living room you will find a fitness area equipped with a treadmill and a rowing machine. Here you will find a game table. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has three high windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing six steps. Here you will find a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a pull-out single bed (80 cm/32 inches).
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the garden through an external access.
