House Light Bay is a cosy, semi-detached house with a unique panorama located in Northeastern Sardinia. The property can be reached by driving past the industrial area of Olbia and lies on an isthmus of land between the wild green shrubs of the Mediterranean maquis and the enchanting beaches of the hamlet of Pittulongu. The house is in a very spacious location place and the absence of obstacles gives the view clear horizons on which the typical mountains of Gallura are shyly outlined.

This oasis of tranquillity and privacy is surrounded by a delightful and well-kept lawn of approximately 1000sqm which is shared with the other unit and is bordered by the sea. For excursion lovers, the property has a little pier and some canoes which are useful for pleasant sea trips. Moreover, the property has a small private beach located on the left side of the house, as well as several other equally secluded inlets within easy walking distance. Furthermore, the house features a spacious veranda equipped with a bbq and thought to enjoy the pleasures of conviviality in the open air and savour the delicious scents and the infinite colours that paint the summer sunsets of the Gallura mountains.

House Light Bay is a bright and newly built house (2022) decorated with simplicity and taste. To welcome guests, a delicious open space consisting of a kitchen and sofa that opens directly onto the veranda and provides soft, diffuse lightas well as a breathtaking panorama. Furthermore, the house consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which recall the typical and essential elements of Sardinian tradition: light wood ceilings, floors and furnishings combine with the charming, floral and polychrome designs of the embroidery, revisited in a modern and functional key.

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.

NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs
