Villa

The villa is suitable for those who love contact with nature. In the morning you wake up with birds singing while during sunset you can enjoy an aperitif on the terrace caressed by the breeze that comes directly from the sea. We are available for any information of an operational nature at number zero three nine (country code Italy) three four eight seven zero six one four four zero. The view of the garden-park, the sea and the surrounding nature give great energy that allows guests to completely disconnect from the daily routine and regenerate. The tourist village is very quiet but at the same time offers all the essential services for those on holiday (bar, market, restaurant, pizzeria, medical service). The house is surrounded by a garden and large terraces and allows you to combine holidays with work if necessary (for this reason we provide Wi-Fi).

The house can accommodate 2 to 6 people (maximum).

The house consists of:
- double room;
- second bedroom with double bed;
- living room;
- dining area with double sofa bed;
- bathroom with toilet and shower cubicle;
- second bathroom with shower and washing machine;
- kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking.

The house enjoys a privileged position with a suggestive panorama of the naturalistic context and the green park, in close contact with the uncontaminated landscape and nature.

The house was designed and built in an eco-sustainable way and the rooms have a perfect temperature (cool in summer and warm in winter), without the aid of air conditioning devices. The verandas have been built in a strategic position and the outdoor spaces have been designed to make the most of the outdoors and the panorama: breakfast, lunches and dinners outdoors, tasting good Sardinian wine in front of a splendid sunset.
Also in the village there is a swimming pool, 150 meters from the house, external service with a small supplement for daily access.

- Internal accessories: TV, drying rack, complete equipment for cooking, water reserve and washing machine.
- External accessories: garden furniture, barbecue and external shower, equipped covered and panoramic veranda, parking.
- Supplements: Linen available with supplement (15 euros per person per week) with weekly change. Free Wi-Fi internet service up to a maximum of 30Gb, beyond which a supplement of 50 euros will be applied for a 50Gb package.
