Then the Villa Paraiba is the exclusive solution for you! Located on one of the most beautiful and panoramic roads of the island, the residence offers you a 1 hectare garden planted with a private swimming pool and relaxation areas where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Villa Paraiba consists of two levels and an outbuilding located in the adjacent property, which can accommodate another six people if necessary, for a total of 18 people, including 12 people in the main villa and six people in the outbuilding.

On the ground floor of the villa you will find six bedrooms, five of which are doubles and one bedroom with two single beds and three bathrooms (one with a normal bath and two with a shower).
Air conditioning is equipped in all the bedrooms.

On the first floor, however, is the living area with TV corner, dining area and equipped kitchen, as well as a terrace with deck chairs, dining table and barbecue where you can enjoy delicious grilled food overlooking the sea.

The outbuilding, on the other hand, is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you will find a dining area and equipped kitchen, a living area with dining area and a double bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor, however, two double bedrooms await you with a small terrace from which to enjoy the view of the sea and the panorama.
